Subvertor starts back in 1989 playing covers in the old vein of Undersiege, Old Lady Drivers, and Napalm Death. After a few rehearses the first demo tape was recorded with extreme moody production in the beginning of the 90, under the name of “Terrorista”, because the lunatic terrorism killed several innocent people down her in South America and everybody was afraid about this topic. The local sce
ne supported the band through local insane gigs.

As soon as the moody production in tape was out, a new guitarist entered the band and changed all the riffs making them faster than ever with some thrash influences and mixing everything, from Punk to Grind Core, the result was a new Demo Tape recorded in 4 tracks called “B.I.G.N.O.I.S.E” with 13 tunes at end of 1991. Some reviews called Dihorreal Grind Core. With this production a bolivian tour was organized, being the first band that was supported out of Bolivia through underground fanzines. The band took a short recess for few months and returned in 1993 with some shitty ideas and the insanely feeling to play Death Metal mixing some Grind Core. The official demo of Subvertor was recorded in 1995 with whole different kind of music with sickest influences of Dying Fetus, Cryptopsy, Kataklysm, Suffocation, Napalm Death and Internal Bleeding. This official demo named “Cryptobiosis” has 4 tunes. Since 1994 Subvertor tried to focus on a new type of lyrical content cause our world is getting grotesque, every creature in our earth is slowly rotting and suffering a painful and intense death caused by bad political decision, air pollution increases and hard drug abuse, that is why Subvertor has a new meaning to be against all that shit. The American label Wild Rags Records gave them in 1995 the opportunity to re-editing their demo on CD5 that´s been great support of the scene of South America. The official CD was recorded in 1997 under the name of “Transgreso-Evolucion” under some technical influences in the same record label. This material had worldwide distribution. The most important fact was that this stuff was reviewed by fanzines and magazines in North America, Europe, Asia and South America. The fans can still buy copies in many underground labels over the world.

The band played over 100 gigs in Bolivia and some in Peru and Argentina; some home videos were done by fans about their gigs and tours, that´s why in 2009 a local label Grotesque Harmony Records made a documental of Subvertor in DVD format, which is been re-editing by Exterminio Producciones. The last full length CD of Subvertor is out in the apocalyptic winter of 2012.

Subvertor comienza allá por 1989 juegos de cubiertas en la vena viejo de UnderSiege, Old Lady Drivers y Napalm Death. Después de unos pocos ensaya el primer demo fue grabado con extrema producción de los años 90, bajo el nombre de "Terrorista", porque el terrorismo lunático mató a varias personas inocentes por ella en América del Sur y todo el mundo tenía miedo acerca de este tema. Tan pronto como la producción de mal humor en la cinta estaba fuera, entró un nuevo guitarrista de la banda y cambiaron todos los riffs que los hacen más rápido que nunca con algunas influencias de thrash y mezcla todo, desde el punk hasta Grind Core, el resultado fue un demo grabado en el nuevo 4 temas llamado "BIGNOISE" con 13 canciones a finales de 1991. Algunas críticas se llama Dihorreal Core Grind. Con esta producción una gira boliviano se organizó, siendo la primera banda que contó con el apoyo de Bolivia a través de fanzines subterráneos. La banda se tomó un breve receso por pocos meses y volvió en 1993 con algunas ideas de mierda y el death metal increíblemente sensación de jugar mezclando algo de Grind Core. La demo oficial de Subvertor se registró en 1995, con todo tipo de música diferente con más enfermos influencias de Dying Fetus, Cryptopsy, Kataklysm, Suffocation, Napalm Death y hemorragias internas. Esta demo oficial llamado "criptobiosis" cuenta con 4 canciones. Desde 1994 Subvertor trató de concentrarse en un nuevo tipo de contenido de las letras porque nuestro mundo es cada vez grotesco, cada criatura en nuestra tierra está pudriendo poco a poco y sufrir una muerte dolorosa e intensa causada por la mala decisión política, el aumento de la contaminación del aire y el abuso de drogas duras, que Es por eso que Subvertor tiene un nuevo significado a estar en contra de toda esa mierda. El sello Wild Rags estadounidenses les dio en 1995 la oportunidad de re-edición de su demo en CD5 que ha sido un gran apoyo de la escena de América del Sur. El CD oficial fue grabado en 1997 bajo el nombre de "Transgreso-Evolucion" bajo algunas influencias técnicas en el mismo sello discográfico. Este material tenía una distribución mundial. El hecho más importante es que esto fue revisado por fanzines y revistas de América del Norte, Europa, Asia y América del Sur. Los fanáticos pueden comprar copias en muchos sellos underground alrededor del mundo.

La banda tocó más de 100 conciertos en Bolivia y otros en Perú y Argentina, y algunos videos caseros fueron hechos por fans acerca de sus conciertos y giras, es por eso que en 2009 un sello discográfico locales Grotesque Harmony hizo un documental de Subvertor en formato DVD, que se ha re-editado por Producciones Exterminio. El último CD de larga duración de Subvertor es en el invierno apocalíptico de 2012.
